Does $2400. sound like a reasonable offer? It is a little dirty in the pictures I went riding in the Ocala forest a couple of weeks ago and have not had time to clean it up.
Or remove the easily installed modifications and resell them, recoup some of the money you’ve spent. You’ll probably have no problem selling your bike. I resold my ims 3.0 tank & Utah skidplate, Oem plastics quickly, there’s a lot of klx owners looking for mods.
Can you elaborate on the Ktm clutch spring mod?

The clutch on the KLX250S works fine when stock, but when you do major mods and almost double the power it can not take it without slipping and after one day in the woods it is toast. The solution is to order Barnett clutch springs # 501-40-06017 I will include pictures KTM spring on left, original spring on right ( hey now say for KTM 690 - 990 originally for KTM 450) . You only use three of the springs and leave in 3 of the original springs. The clutch pull is slightly harder but not like a 70's motox bike. If your clutch is slipping do yourself a favor and change the clutch plates and this spring setup and you will never have another problem along with no more overheating in tuff conditions which is normally caused by a slipping or abusing the clutch more than going slow in tough trails. remember we have a radiator fan! Adding an adjustable fan interface like the one on my handlebar brace is really nice. If you change your clutch plates make sure you soak them in whatever oil you use in your bike for a minimum of 24 hours (longer is better) this is one of the single most missed tricks that people do not do and wonder why there new clutch only lasted a few rides. Factory teams soak them for a week minimum.
I'd also agree that you are low on that price. That's a well setup klx. I always liked the looks of the 06-07 klx better than the 09+. The mods that you have done to it make it a much better bike than what it was stock.
Well it sounds like $2400. is a great deal. I will post it on Facebook Marketplace in a few days. This will give Forum members a few days with the inside track for friends. I live in Ocala, FL.
