Are you positive the throttle actuator needs modified for the IMS? I know it does for the Acerbis (been there, have it), but don't recall the same modification was needed for the IMS. Just curious.

Part of the deal with the red plastic is there is an additional layer that will not allow the fumes to leach through or makes it far harder to do so.

Plastidip would probably work since it is essentially a coat of vinyl and won't peel like paint or stickers. It would just have to be thick as possible. Like real plastidipping would be.
