Think i found the next NE ride location....Rock Run
This looks pretty cool, it just opened. Now that paragon is closed this is probably the closest atv/dirtbike park around, hatfield mccoy is probably the next closest. I will be visiting this place, its only a few hours from me... you us North Eastern guys keep this place in mind.

Covering more than 6,000 acres, the Rock Run Recreation Area provides a nearly endless network of trails for 4-wheelers and dirt bikes.
Winding through a diverse topography of timbered ravines, open grasslands, pine groves and scenic expanses overlooking the mountains of The Alleghenies, the trails of Rock Run are designed for riders of all levels. From leisurely family rides along rolling green trails, to more advanced black diamond trails, Rock Run gives riders a chance to match their skills to the terrain of the region.
Thursday, May 3rd, 2007 marks the official opening of the Rock Run Recreation Area ATV recreation park. The park opens at 9:00AM and will remain open until 7:00PM, Tuesday through Sunday. The park is closed on Mondays. We are open on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
The previous property owner of the Rock Run parcel was a coal company. Representatives from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, State Representative Gary Haluska, and various legal parties, negotiated beginning in October 2002 to bring the property into the ownership of the Cambria County Conservation and Recreation Authority.
The Authority received an initial 2-million dollar grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Snowmobile /ATV Fund. This grant was matched with 2-million dollars of donated property value to secure the 6,000 acre property. The Authority took ownership officially in June 2003.
The Rock Run Advisory Board is an adjunct non-profit entity, charged with the development of the park. The board was assembled in March of 2004 and continues to work with the Cambria County Conservation and Recreation Authority and state funding agencies. The following summarizes the progress of the project to date.
