The bag has a front and back hook but no real tie down points...Let me tell you it is on there with these big 4 magnets,you need to pull hard to remove,I was on the freeway at 65 and it wasnt going anywhere,I trust it...It comes in Red,Blue,Black,got the red/black and very happy,it is 49.99..got it at a sale going on last Saturday 35 bucks...Look at it on line ..Joe Rocket..and the bag is a Manta...Its small,but does a good job,and doesn't look big on are small tanks...
