Default Tall people - Seating position.

I sat on one at the dealer and to feel relaxed I had to sit over the seat strap. I'm 6'1" and only rode sport bikes.

When riding on the street, where are you seating? On the front if the seat?

My brother is 6'6 with a size 13 shoe and has never said any thing that I remember. The only thing we changed on his bike was taller bars he wants larger foot pegs. But I'm sure its just individual preference, or some psychological problem you tall guys have, lol just joking.
