Yo! Cool sand pics guys! I love dune riding, it's addictive. Whenever I go, I get monomania for weeks after. That is, all I can think about is going back and riding the dunes again.

Oh, and the flag is mandatory for riding on the dunes. I never seen anyone enforcing it, but it's supposed to be for safety, and out on these dunes anything you can do to be seen can't hurt. You never know when some out of control quadtard or sandrail is going to appear out of nowhere. That's why I like going out there when the weather is less than ideal. The idiots only seem to like riding when the weather is nice and sunny.

Actually I'm really craving a bike with the power to run a paddle and climb the bigger dunes. I'm thinking YZ250 (smoker). Plenty of decent used ones available in the $2K range. Either that or maybe it's time for me to do the 351 kit. The extra beans would sure help out there!

The 351 shines on hill climbs.. Middle of 3rd gear is like a damn bear.

Cool stuff, I want to try sand.
