Default Street Tire Recommendation for a KLX250

Hi All
I got my KLX250 Camo a while back and haven't spent as much time off road as I thought. I'm looking for an 80% Street 20% dirt tire that would improve the handling over the stock knobbies.

It seems like the Shinko 705s are well recommended: https://www.shinkotireusa.com/product/705-series/211929

As are the Pirelli Scorpion MT90s (https://www.pirelli.com/tyres/en-ww/...rpion-mt-90-at)

Are there any street oriented tires from other manufactures? It seems like most of the street oriented dual sports like the Michelin Annakee 3 https://moto.michelin.com/motorbike/.../anakee-3.html aren't available in the KLX250 wheel sizeP.S.

I posted this originally in the wrong (sights and sounds) section

Thanks,

I love my shinko 705 tires and they still do pretty good off road

Default Scorpion

Scorpion... MT 90
I had a set of those and they were a great road tire
they are expensive But a super street tire..
I did just put on some IRC and they are good as well
I know they won’t wear as well as the scorpions but they are cheaper.. I went with a GP 1 up front and a GP 110 rear

I just mounted up a Shinko 805 rear. Feels great! Looking forward to seeing how it plays out. I did a ton of research and found a lot of real in depth good reviews on this tire. The only consistent negitive is that it tended to have a bit of side slip in big mud. I don't find the mud to be all that fun so I tend to stay away. Reports of 4-6000 miles regularly and great road and dirt grip. Most closely campared to continentals TKC80. Which I would have bought but the reviews rated them so closely and we're almost $50 bucks cheaper for the rear.

$70+ tax

Thanks for all the great tips. I think the 805s are a little too dirt oriented for me. I'm looking for something for the street. Those Scorpion MT90s look pretty sweet.
