Note: If you ride every day or a couple of times a week, hard starting should not be an issue. I never turn my gas off and run it out, since I'm riding every day. Another trick that helps sometimes is to start cranking on the starter and then slowly pull the choke, creates some sort of vacuum effect in the carb, or so I've read somewhere.

 

The dealer raise the needle with a shim from stock (pre delivery) no other mods yet. I am waiting till the run in period has finished before installing 2 bros pipe and appropriate jets.
I haven't checked the air filter? might look into that.
