Default Spark plug experts

Who can read this plug, I don't know if its the same for cars, or what exactly to look for. This has 124 main jet, 2 3/4 (roughly) idle mixture screw turns, no snorkel, stock header with slip on. Too lean? Too rich? I personally think its about perfect, but I don't know about that black ring on the outside of the electrode

The sooty threads are from idling rich, probably with choke during warm up. Once your up and running the soot burns off the hot tip and strap.Looks good to me
