spark plug
Iridium or whatever is what everyones using???? Same number or what?????? I forget what it is NGK8ER or something? Whats the iridium and why is amazon and other sellers saying it doesnt fit my "APPLICATION"?????
It's not that the plugs provide any better spark than a good copper core/nickel plug...they just provide the same spark for much longer to maintain performance and mileage. The darned things seem virtually indestructible.
ive got iridium plugs in my car and have been quite satisfied with thier performance.
it just that i've never owned a carbed motorcycle that didnt have the spark plug quit working or diminish long before the electrodes were worn, they all seemed to "foul out" before wearing out.
i would rather toss out and replace a $2 plug than a $10 plug every 10,000 miles.
