Mhh.. $47 for a Scorpion Gel Battery @ 6.2 lbs (90CCA) or an EVO2 @ 1lbs (135CCA) for $93???!
Decisions, decisions!
Although it looks like you get more bang for your buck with the EVO2.

Or the one I use for $45. Looks like an easy decision to me.

But why do that when the more expensive one will make the bike AND your wallet lighter....

The battery? Yes. I cut the charging wires and plug off, and put some eyelets on, but if you had that (Deans) connector on your bike, I'm sure it would work fine. The connectors can be bought for a few bucks and wired up to give you a quick connect option. I didn't think they'd handle the amperage, but in hindsight was probably wrong. If you contact the seller, he's pretty easy to get along with, and would probably put a larger wire, and connector/eyelet of your choice on. He didn't like me using this size wire for the bike application, but it's been fine.

Edit: Just noticed it says in the auction they can provide 12 or 10 GA wire. The 14 has been fine for me, but 10 would be better.

My bike has been sitting since October. Think I'll see how it starts in the cold tomorrow.

Awesome! How long have you had the battery for?
$45 is a dang steal!

Regular AGM battery.... Personally 5lbs hasnt been holding me back from my full potential on my bike. I try to ride better/faster and not make up for it with my bike.

But why didn't you opt for the $45 lightweight (< 1lb) battery posted by zomby woof?

Just wondering.. not busting chops.
