Default Scotts Steering Stabilizer

Just got one and have not quite figured out best settings. I know settings are very dependent on many factors, but just wondering what settings you have found good.

i ride the North East, tight trails, open fast sections, some motox, etc.

please let me know the following:
base control valve, clicks out counterclockwise:
High Speed Valve, clicks out counterclockwise:
Sweep control Valve, 3, 6, 9, or 12 o'clock?

Thanks much

I hear they help reduce the amount of deflection that results from hitting roots and rocks.
And as a result, less fatigue and arm pump.

Base control valve is the only adjustment that I usually make. If I am hitting major whoops/cross grain or jumping on the freeway I'll turn it up (h direction on the adjuster ****).

The high speed control I never adjust. Works when a high speed hit tries to rip the bars out of your hands. I feel the stock setting has been fine.

The sweep controls let you adjust in the damping at different angles of your steering arc from the center line outwards.

The Scotts stabilizer works great. There is a reason that they make them for street bikes and dirt bikes/atvs, look at how many makers of stabilizers are out there. GPR, Elka, WER, RRT, Precision and Scotts.
