Default Sat. ride at Prenitce Cooper

Spent half the day riding at Prentice Cooper State Forest. It's only about 30 minutes from my house using side roads not highways. The place is open to all types of off road vehicles, so you get to see a little of everything.
The main drag is a two lane gravel road with lots of side trails that either go out and back or meet back up with the main road. You cant get lost!
Nothing to extreme, mostly double track, a couple of rocky hill climbs, and some nice little water crossings.
Took a few cell phone pics, just a couple, I was havin too much fun to stop and take my phone out of my camelback.

Oh yeh, forgot to mention, I think the 331 will chug it's way up any hill! Lots of usable torque down low. My little klx is really turning into a good trail machine.

It looks like a great place to ride. Nice looking bike - even if it is red

Saturday was in the mid 80's. It was great because for the last month it seems to rain on my days off.

Thanks. Yep, the 331 is great! I'm still trying to fine tune the carb, but I think the bike is a new machine!

Thanks for sharing the pics, love to see them. And yes, the extra CCs really help out on the uphills, I have a lot of confindence. I even tried 3rd gear today on one semi-gnarly uphill I ussually do in second or first, it still lugged its way up there.
