Just wanted to post this here in the KLX250 section in case anyone is interested.

FS: 2009 Kawasaki KLX250S Dual Sport motorcycle. 4400 miles.

Mechanically perfect bike, all the de-restriction mods to the bike have been done and include:
-Two Brothers exhaust
-Dynojet Stage 2 kit jetting
-KDX high flow snorkel

Other items include
-Kouba air/fuel mixture screw
-Protaper Handle bars
-Acerbis Rally pro hand guards
-Edge LED tail light kit with flush mount rear LED turn signals and front LED turn signals

I have all original parts and will they come with the bike and some extras to include shop manual, extra headlight and some Kawasaki decals. The bike is ready to go, no work needed! Bike is registered and plated in CA, title in hand. I have priced the bike aggressively as I want a quick sale. I have a second bike and don't have a need for this one anymore. Hmmm... I paid $3499 for mine NEW last year. I know there's lots of "extras" here, but it's normally hard to get your money back on upgrades... Good luck with it. Looks to be in good condition.

 

Really? Thats dirt cheap. Are you in california because I don't think you can get it at that price here.

 

Location Location Location. It's a good asking price. I paid $3200 for my stock 2009 with 1000 miles on it up in Oceanside. Where were you 6 months ago? There were no KLX250's on CL back then. Your's is the better deal of the 2 on there now. What's the "99x" all about?

 

Utah... Kawi close-out promotion. They had bunches of them last year, not so many this year. They run the promo every March on NOS (New, old stock). Got 1 yr warranty and 3.99% financing (for 2 yrs) on it too. Almost have it paid off... gotta do it before the 2 years is up... and the rate goes to 19%.

 

I agree it was a good asking price, and the interest confirmed it!! SOLD in two days and had to cancel the two additional viewings I had scheduled.

The 99x was my number for AMA District 38 desert racing. I wasn't racing, just participating.
