I use adobe premiere pro, its not cheap but ive heard some people find ways around it using cracks and torrenting serials. As far as free or cheap software im afraid i cant really say from experience but im sure a google search would turn something up. Hope this helps.

Checked out the van pictures, great stuff, loved the video from the guy with one leg, and the guy with the molestache, he was Charlie from Lost, good stuff. All this van talk reminded me of a picture I took a couple of years ago here at the grocery store in Forks Washington, I call this one "Van" Halen!
