Reputable bike shops
I am an apartment dweller. My land lord frowns upon maintenance being performed on the property, and cops have hassled me for doing work in the street on two occasions. Once was replacing a broken turn signal. The other was topping off my coolant reservoir.
While I prefer to do work myself, my friends with garages are only so generous, and I don't blame them.
So, until I have my own house, I would like to find a shop (or person) in Los Angeles that does quality work and has a good reputation. I would like to eventually get the 351bb kit and Race Tech suspension and I definitely don't trust the dealer I bought the bike from.
Maybe we could start a sticky thread in the main forum page or something for everyone.

I can see someone frowning on constant, full blown auto repair, but getting on you for topping off the coolant?? WTF Sounds like he would call the cops if you were stopped to tie your shoe on his sidewalk. LOL
Hope you find a spot to work on your bike. And when you get a house and move out of the apt do a few donuts in the yard there before you leave.
