Default any good bike repair shops?

Any one know any good repair shops in the Philly area. I laid my bike down last year and while I healedI didn't store it properly. My main problem is after I charged the battery and started it, I just hear a clicking noise, and it doesn't turn over. My buddy said it may be the spark plugs. Also the left signals don't work. I think those may be fuse related issues.

Oh yeah 06. tribal edition. It was brand new before my accident.

I want to get back on the road, and I wanted to know if anyone has any experience in fixing these or should I just take it to the shop.
thanks

lol! I wouldn't be taking anymore tips from that friend.[&:] Sparkplugs have nothing to do with an engine cranking over. A clicking sound is likely your starter relay. However, I doubt there is anything wrong with it. Your battery may be shot. (even though you charged it.) If a motorcycle battery is not used, and sits over the cold winter without being maintained properly, not even the best charger will bring it back to life. You may have good voltage, but your cranking amps won't be there. I would suggest jumping your bike with either another motorcycle battery, or a car battery. (yes, a car battery can be used to jump your bike.) If that doesn't at least make the engine turn over, take it to a shop and have someone there look at it.
