the cheapest ones on ebay are $89. Any ideas? 2012 klx250s

Make your own. My brother did that on his 06 and a friend and knowledgeable mechanic did them on his KDX which has similar link set up.

Here's how it's done:
  • get the bike stable, held by tie downs on a lift, on a trailer, wherever - or a friend who is standing around uselessly
  • use an adjustable jack, hydraulic or screw jack, under the chassis to lift the bike until the rear tire is not supporting any weight.
  • unbolt and take off the links.
  • let the jack down until you lower it where you want it, an inch or two,
  • measure the distance between the mount holes.
  • Get some steel flat stock of reasonable thickness, measure the stock ones, I have no idea how thick they are,
  • lay out the link on the flat stock and drill the two holes of appropriate size and distance apart.
  • Round the ends to look pretty.
  • Paint the links
  • Install the links,
Remember when you lengthen the links to drop the bike if you go too far the rear tire can hit the inner fender. Not good. I think 2" is probably the max lowering. I'd measure around the tire to the inner fender then compare to travel to figure the max. Also consider a lower profile tire, the 120/80 is lowest at that size, a 4.10 or a 110/90 may be lower yet.

Hope that helps a bit

I have a nice set that were just removed from a 2007 KLX 250s. They look like the PSR links here, but don't have the PSR name stamped in them.
The stock height bars I just installed came from a 2015 model, so these should fit yours.
$50 plus shipping

I have the koubalink 4 set. I'll ship to you for $30. Just pulled off my bike as I'm taller than the guy I bought the bike from.
-Koubalink Klx4 links lower the bike 1.75" - off an 07`

Before you lower it, make sure you have your sag set correctly. When I got my bike I added lowering links, but have since gone back to stock after setting 100mm of sag. And I have a 29 inch inner leg. You may not need to lower it.
