Default Rear Sprocket Question

Can I run a 48 or 49 tooth rear sprocket with out any issues with the chain guide? I am playing with some gear combinations for switching from sf to s wheels.

Thanks

p.s. I forgot to ask if anyone knows the # of links in the chain stock (14-42).
