Front compression is adjustable from the bottom of the fork. Screwing the adjuster in makes it compress stiffer. Dealing with the stock valves is not near as much fun as installing an aftermarket set of valves then riding the bike. Its a whole new world.

The only other adjustment in the front is sliding the forks in the tripple tree. I would not mess with that unless you know what to expect.

RTFM for setup. Its in there.

Rear shock has compression (top adjuster) Rebound (bottom adjuster) and ride height or sometimes called preload on the spring. Those would be the nuts on top of the spring of the rear shock. Set the sag for the proper amount with the spring. Set the front and rear rebound to factory specs and set the rear compression. Go from there.

You can TRY front adjuster all the way in, go for a ride then try it all the way out. Same for the rear compression and rebound. Don't bother messing with the sag once its set for your weight.

Read the manual, then go to to suspension web sites and read all you can there. Racetech is one, Moto Pro is another. There are many.
