I was wondering if any rear fenders, either aftermarket or from another bike will fit a 2009 KLX250S..? I hate the black back half and 4 holes on stock fender. Don't mind some modding, but nothing major. Green or white would be great. If anyone has done this, I'd love to see some pics. Already have fender eliminator with small LED tail light.

 

Here is some stuff from Supermoto Junkies. Seems an 06-08 KX250F fender can be fitted up.

You'll have to join Supermoto Junkies to look at the images, but it's worth doing - it's free.

One thing they seems to miss is using a heat gun to do a bit of flexing and remolding to close gaps and fix whatever.

I'm unfortunate in that I have the red 250 and 650, but I picked up a close out aftermarket Honda CR fender for less than 10 bucks. I'm going to look at doing the fender on the 250 first. If I don't like what I see, I can take the stock fender to Iron Pony and compare to others, the good part about living close to the store.

 

Maier makes a mx style rear fender for the klx

 

I believe it is different on the 09. The Maier fender works on the 06-07 as well as the KLX650s.

Click on the first photo to start. Then click the circled "i" icon in the upper right to see captions.

I have since added TuffLights turn signals. Very small and light (2 oz each) and very expensive.

After re-reading your post more carefully, this is probably closer to what you have than what you want. But may give others ideas.

 

Did you write anything? I'd just write that I know they are high performance single cylinder bikes and that the bikes have sport bike tires, that may be racing

Yeah, ok, I just didn't understand what the hell they were talking about....LOL I'll get it now. Thanks for that link. I did that already.... I like the 2010 KXF 250 fender on a video I saw. Guy asked in comments what fender it was. Prolly going to get that one, it's a UFO fender.
