Default Quick Ride Wharton State Forrest NJ

Was a little colder than I thought it would be but not bad, think it only got up to 40. Did around 50 miles. Just got the KLX end of last year and it is only the 2nd time I had it "out in the woods"

Unloading off my new trailer

Apple Pie Hill

The fires last fall must have been really bad!

Hey, thanks for posting the photo's, looks like a good time.

Can you give me the details on that trailer. I'm looking for a simple trailer to pull behind my wrangler for trips just outside a comfortable distance on the klx?

Thanks in advance..

I drive an 07 wrangler and am using a carrier vice a trailer. I have to remove the spare tire in order to mount it, but the carrier is the same height as my bumber, so I don't have to worry about clearance issues that might come with a trailer. Just an idea for you...carriers are probably cheaper also.

Xplosivo1,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have explored carriers as an option for my wifes xterra, but I hate to tie up her vehicle. And as far as using one on my TJ, the 4 inches of lift and tire size would would make it wicked awkward to load, plus I have a tire carrier with rack that would also hinder. Wish I could though.

Thanks for putting up pics, it's always good to see somebody out having fun in the woods with their bike. Looks like a good spot to ride too. That is a sweet little trailer.
Canary, I have a hitch mount carrier. It's perfect for me for a few reasons. It needs no license plate, tollway fee's around here kill you with a trailer, cheap, it was about a hundred bucks. You do need to make sure your vehicle/hitch will carry the extra weight though.

It's a Trailer In A Bag, first time I used it, kind of strange since it has no suspension, if there is a big bump in the road it bounces. It is super heavy duty, you would have to drop it off a building to break it. So far so good and since I don't have anyplace to store a regular trailer I did not have a lot of choices.
