Guys what is the strap going across the seat for? what is the little lock with key for in the rear and what comes in the little pouch? thanks......

The strap is supposed to be a grab handle.
the lock at the rear is a helmet lock.
pouch contains misc tools to use only in case of emergency.

The grab handle is easily removed. I took mine off right away, so I don't have to keep sitting on it, and looks cleaner without it, too.

and the helmet lock is only to lock your helmet when the bike is stopped
