Default Problems with starting her up...

So, i'm trickle charging the battery. As it went through the cold winter with just a tarp over her during the winter (Bad on my call) But, She always was cold blooded. So, I was trying to start her and it seems like it was going long enough to possible flood her...but, I didn't smell any gas... So, im wondering if the lines are frozen. So, looking at some help to possible get it thawed. I don't got a warm enough place to put it. She is a 2010 KLX250SF.

Also, it seems like my throttle is getting stuck idk if it's due to the cold but, for some reason it seems like its got a little bit of sand/dirt in it..But, I don't use it for off roading. But, so far those are my only problems. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S: I won't leave her out for next winter...
P.S.S: Suppose to get up to 46. It feels warm and we got no wind. The suns out so, hopefully that does something to the thawing part.

Pull the seat and shoot a good burst of starter fluid in the airbox. That's what it took to get mine going the first time this year.
