Default Prevent Fork Guard From Disconnecting While Braking?

Hey everyone,

I have a 2006 klx250s with a stainless steel brake line. While braking the line flexes and pops the left fork guard out. I've tried a few things with no success.

Has anyone encountered this problem and found a solution?

Thanks a lot,

Canehdian

Is the line binding higher up causing it to flex down lower?

I had my normal line get block by the clutch line or the headlight switch wires at the handlebar while braking due to incorrect routing. With an SS line blocked by something at the handlebar maybe it could cause your issue.
