Right, adding individual filters to a set of 4 CV carbs for example has been proven be a bad thing

I've used Play doh before to check hood clearance and various things, but there isn't any here in my neck of the Philippines and I'm already convinced adding holes had transformed my TM36 carbed KLX.

I ain't going backwards fellas !

The air box team at Kawasaki were probably last in line during any development for a bike like this, and just told to "make it fit in there" without much regard to the stuff surrounding it because there wasn't anywhere else to things anyway

Anyway, this is probably likely, as is with most production motorcycles not meant to be race bikes like the supersports.
