Default Plumbing removal

On my 06 carb bike- if I keep the crankcase to air box hose in place but remove the hose from carb to junction for SAS and from juntion back to top of air box and block off SAS by plugging the line to it or blocking it with a plate will this in any way effect the way the bike is running? It's running perfect and I just want to know if I may have to fine tune the carb for any of this clean-up work.

Thank You....Steve

As long as you properly plug or block off all vacuum and cylinder head openings, it will not affect the way the carb or engine performs.
