Well, after doing the 125/40 re-jet, putting on an HMF slip-on, and going to 13/48 sprockets, my KLX runs great. 1st and 2nd front wheel lift is possible now, which makes riding off-road much better. However...

I rented a KTM 400 XC-W at Highland Park and wow, what a difference 45 h.p. makes. Front wheel lift was available anywhere/anytime on the KTM.

So, I'd prefer to stay green and am pleading with Kawa to street-legalize the new KLX 450. Perhaps we can march on their headquarters or something...
