so you think that the 130/90-18 will be better then the 120/90-18????

 

Yep - that's what I'd get. When I got my Kenda's I got the widest I could get that I thought would fit, and that was 5.1 x 18. In metric, that translates to the 130 size, which is the same width as the Kenda in Deej's photo and you can see that it is noticably wider. This is the width that I'm running on my bike, albeit the Kenda 270 not the D606, but there is plenty of room on either side of the swingarm / chain. I personally like the wider tire - better for mud, sand, and other soft soil. I would think better traction all round, all else being equal.

 

Well The kenda tire I ordered was a little bigger. I do know this, a friend of mine has a 2003 KLR 250 and he put on a 130 tire and it rubbed on the muffler when he jumped. Not sure if our exhaust is the same or the room for the tire, but I ordered the bigger kenda tire because someone here already tried it and had no problems.
