I kind of really like the one of the 32 pound salmon!

A nice charcoal fire, some 'love' applied to it and there is some excellent eating going to happen! Salmon, YUM!

We do not have salmon down here. Of course, we do have some excellent fish, both salt and fresh water. Bass fishing is what most of the fresh water fishing is all about.

Yea caught on Friday, and in the smoker on Saturday, and all gone in less than a week. I don't really mind smoking everything I catch, plus we can buy Steelhead from tha Indians here for $1.00 per pound. Unlike the 5 -8 bucks a pound in the store.
