My son and I made a movie of him riding his XR70 around the back yard. We placed the camera in about 7 different "angles" on and off his bike. He did two loops with each angle, and then I edited all the shots into one two loop movie. This image is my desktop at work, and is a screen capture from that movie.

I took this back in September I think it was, on our way to port Angeles. That's Lake Crescent. The clouds and fog were lifting at just the time we were driving around it. I stopped the car right in the middle of the road and snapped a picture. What's cool about it is that the point where that fog is burning off not only is the two closest points on the lake across from each other, but it actually looks like a water spout of which we don't get around here.

Mount Baker, WA.
I was sitting on my KLX 250/351 when I took that photo. Since that time that road system has washed out and you can't get to that area anymore perhaps for quite a long time.

When I'm too tired for two tires:
1972 VW with the stock motor and trans that came with it when I got it. Sports 30" tires, headers, and a few tweaks. I've had a ton of fun building the baja with Craigslist parts, meeting VW nut cases, and beating this car off-road. There is a reason that there are still so many of them left... They are built like a small tank.
