I have an excellent condition Pelican 1200 Case (Black) with four rubber coated mounting clamps and hardware available for $20 plus shipping. This case does not have the foam insert. It is only 6 months old and in perfect condition. I have drilled four 1/4" holes in the bottom for the mounting clamps. It was used on my 07 KLX250S. Pics upon request.

 

I'm curious to see what it looks like and how you had it mounted.

Welcome to the forums? I missed you when you first came on8 months ago. Sorry man.

 

I had to put new Adell clamps on mine after nearly 12,000 miles. I down sized them by 1 and now the case is really tight in the rack.
