I just received my new rings (07 250S) and want to get the bike back together this weekend.

Are there easy ways to tell which of the rings go where?

Check out page 4-26 for proper ring setup.
If you have a big bore kit I'm sure it is similar ,but you may want to call the manufacturer of the kit to get the specifics.
