Ok I check the service manual you have in order of removal

1. Clutch Cover....check
2. Right Engine Cover.....that's the part not in the diagrams and bolts to the first pic...they have a pic of the part in the exploded diagram in the service manual but not on any parts websites lol.

Ohh gotta check out, Nobrakes pm's will get looked at tomorrow...got plans asap... Gerry don't take it to the dealer just yet.

Good Night.

Kawi uses two numbers to identify a part, a "ref #" and a "part #". The ref # is the shorter of the two and identifies the general part, whereas the part # is the model specific part. The diagrams refer to the "ref #" which you then need to cross reference in the accompanying table to get the actual part #.

The outer clutch cover is ref# 14032, and part# 14032-0058. This is a round plate that mates to the inner clutch cover which is ref# 14032A, or part# 14032-0059 in the table. According to Gerry's description, I think it is the inner clutch cover that he wants, i.e., ref# 14032A, which is part# 14032-0059. The inner clutch cover, ref# 14032A is the piece that incorporates the oil fill cap. I'm pretty sure that's the part Gerry is referring to.

Thanks Guys It's definitely 14032A. F.M., It's the one missing in your first picture. It's got the Oil filter housing, Filler cap & water pump built into it. I believe what I need is Inner Clutch Cover #14032A, Gasket #11060, Gasket #11060A and possibly the other seals like #92049 & 92049A. I wonder if they sell a complete seal kit to go with the cover. I think the only hard part will be switching the Bearings & seals over to the new Cover. I still feel better doing it myself but money's tight right now. I believe I may be able to permantly repair myself it with an HTS-2000 welding rod.

Ok I see it now, the part diagram is looking from inside the engine to the outside. Your cracked part is 14032A.....good news EASY REPAIR

The only gaskets you need to buy are 11060-1324 and 11060-1328.....you do not have to remove the outer cover to take off the inner No other parts will be required.

If I were you I would get a kickstarter while you are at it and the two gaskets you need do come with the kit...just sayin Best of luck ..... you can do this easily ..... post pics of the drama.

Oh and to add ..... if you're not picky, you could just epoxy that crack like Kawi Wawi said and it would probably be fine, its a low pressure point ...but me personally I would replace it.

I won't use Epoxy but I would weld it with HTS-2000. Are you sure I don't need some other seals F.M.? It looks like I would have to switch over some Bearings to the new case cover. Thanks again for helping me out with this. If I did the Kick start mod, I'd wanna remove the electric starter.

Well I removed that part and needed no other gaskets or seals ....... so Yes. Kickstart good but electric better the klx is not a race bike... put in the kickstart and keep the electric start.

If you want a performance bike with a tag get a ktm 300 xc-w...which is bad azzzzzz by the way.

True but I don't think the new cover will come with all the bearings & seals installed. I believe they'll have to be pressed in & out and new seals installed. I'll post pic's of the project If I go that route. Turns out that my drummer knows the Mechanic at my dealer and says he's been there 30 years and is top notch. If they can get it done for me for less than 150, I'll just have them do it. I definitely want a KTM and will be getting one as soon as I get back to a positive cash flow situation.
