I have seen plated ATV's running the streets in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Been legal there since the early 1990's.

ah cool, not here in calif. Of course nothing fun is legal here...

Idaho also allows plating ATVs and legal riding on some roads.

Got that right. When I was in Moab and parts of Arizona I saw sick *** side by sides with plates on them. So jealous.
