Ha ha - wish I could. No meds for me yesteray, but screw that - I'm back on'm today.

Do you use a roost protector? Suddenly I'm interested in more protection, lol.

I'm not sure how much one of those roost protectors would have helped in my particular fall, but looking at them the appear to have some shoulder coverage and you never know for sure, but it might have made the difference between a broken bone or not. Who knows. I'm thinking I'll have one by the time I'm riding again.
