ocitillo wells anyone?
ok got my chevy tags legal again and really looking at hittin the desert next sat. anybody been before?
is there places for a klx250 to have fun? plus my son on his crf50 or is it all dunes that would require a paddle tire?
i was also thinking of putting a flag on the 50 just to make him more visable

I have been near there but never to Ocotillo Wells. Usually around Plaster City or off Wheeler rd/superstition area or painted gorge. Mostly on a 2 stroke quad...hitting up the corner food joint for something cold.
From my experience its mostly hard pack out there except for the sand near superstition mtns. A flag is never a bad idea for the little ones, you can never be too safe. Go have fun

if you have a good rear tire, try blow sand. i tryed it with the stocker but it didnt work, devil slide on the other hand was cake. both are sand, but most the place is sand covered hard pack or hard pack, so dont use a pattle, youll eat it right up. its a lot of fun out there, if you would have posted that you going out there earlier, i would have requested off work to join you. im plaing on going out late nov. maybe early dec. if you want to go again. for now, im doing death valley nov. 7-9th.
