Is the box in front of "Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators" checked? It shouldn't be. That's the only other thing that might be preventing it that I can see.

I hate to say it, try it now, I unchecked that box. I can hit up the post office, drop it in a box, and it's on it's way!
