I though that at first too, so I put a couple pieces of 1/4" weatherstrip on the swingarm between the mudflap shock guard thing, but it sounded the same. It sounds like the bumps in the chain links bearing down on the roller. I checked that the chain wasn't too tight/loose a while ago. I guess I need a stiffer spring and maybe a custom bearing roller. No fat people rides until then.
