Here is the steel one I have on my bike, and I have picked up the rear end a couple times with this rack, no problems so far. Very strong.

That's the one, man! It's the same rack I have..'Riding Spot' brand. Very strong rack and once you bolt it down tight, it strengthens the whole rear subframe area. I have carried alot of weight on that rack with no issues what-so-ever.

Upon further research, they only fit up to 07 klx's. The Rally 591 goes for $120, and the black steel one in the link above goes for around $85
