Intalled some new turn signals....way overdue to get rid of the oversized OEM's.

Thought deeply about eliminating the rear rack, but couldn't bring myself to do it. I have found it quite useful on several occasions, and as much as I am a MX guy at heart, this is not a MX bike.

On that note, I have been looking for a fender bag or some type of soft pack to strap on the rack so I stopped at a shop today. Didn't find the bag, but did find a new EXC450. I was able to find the willpower to not take a ride on it..........I knew that it would lead to spending a lot of cash that I don't need to spend right now. But anyways, it is quite an impressive bike.

Back to the KLX.....new signals look great IMO...........I really hated the OEM's.


I haven't finished the front yet. The picture is the first rough cut. I have some additional smoothing to do this weekend...................unless I can't stop thinking about ORANGE>>>>>>>>>>

to bad the racks cant be stowed away on the bike somehow.

 

Looks great. Can you tell me what model those are? I have tried two different sets, and they either don't fit well or just don't look right. Those look awesome.

Also - where are you mounting the fronts?

 

Lights are from BikeMaster - part # 26-6012. Front and rear are mounted on the OEM mounts. Mine is an 07 - the front headlight shroud needs to be modified for the signals to be exposed.
