Thanks for the feed back! I have had this design on paper for a couple months and I finally cut it out. I used an old speed limit sign we had at at work so it is 1/8" aluminum and surprisingly rigid. I used a jig saw and a file, i have lots of free time at work, so it is not perfect but I am happy. There is more to come, a 3/8" billet cnc'd version is in the works with more cut outs and 4 mounting points. I'll give an update when it is done.

Dude! That rack is perfect! Its got the right angle in case you have to slide off the back. Very nice!!!

Yes, I think he could sell a few of those.
