I recently did a few small electrical upgrades and still have a little work left to do. Got an aftermarket smoke colored tail light for an 03-08 r6. I like how it looks a lot but it only mounts via one small plastic tab on the top. Im still brainstorming the fix for this but sure it will involve epoxy of some kind.

Also added some 12" amber LED strips inside the front radiator shrouds. The previous owner added some small LED signals in place of factory and I wasnt very happy with how much light the provided. You dont really see the strips directly but it lights up the front and sides of the bike pretty well along with the front facing signals. I have some small button style amber LEDs on order for a similar project on the rear. My theory is keep it clean and hidden yet try and shine as bright as possible to be seen.
