New manual cct still seem to have some sound

This week I replaced my auto cct for the Krieger manual cct. I love the product and marks the man! I followed all of the instructions to the letter, my noise has reduced for sure. However i still hear the noise. I have made sure not to over tighten the Tensioner after reading many of marks posts on this forum. I could just be paranoid but i figured i might as well ask on the forum and see if this a common issue. Let me know anything you guys think about the noise.

You may have excessive valve clearance, which would get a bit quieter as the engine warms up. This is not as quiet an engine as say the 250L Honda in my opinion.

With my KLX i adjust my manual CCT when the engine is up to operating temp. I adjust it so the tick "just" disappears then tighten the lock nut. When I start my KLX there is some tick when cold but is gone when warm.
