Yes, the only one I know of you don't repack is the Staintune

Which bike is faster? It's not even close. Even before the gear changes and the carb and pipe the KLX is a lot faster, but now? With all of the mods, my bike is now like a 2 stroke, or the passing kick down on a car, it seems to have a real usable power band that feels like nitrous. That's what I'm talking about.[sm=nxsmile.gif][sm=gears.gif]

I'll have to take that as you are liking the KLX250 even more now?

The Jini is out of the bottle - once you've gone grapevine, there's no going back.

Ok, now think of how the bike feels now as compared to stock. Call that one click on the tune-up ****. The 300cc bore upgrade is like clicking it up again. Not trying to bait you into more, just to give you a reference for what the 300cc can do. If I do a next step, and that's pretty much a given, it's only a matter of time, I think I'll upgrade to a Mikuni pumper carb. That should click it up yet another notch after that.
