I agree with tremor about raising the needle.

 

Once again thank you for the input guys. So being slightly lean actually makes more power? I did a couple more runs today before I start messing with jetting again to get a baseline of were I am at. Allthough I love the power with the airbox lid off the intake noise is just to loud for my liking. Tremor I believe you are correct about being slightly lean off the top end at wide open throttle. With the lid off I noticed my pipe is browning on the outside from the heat (like the head pipe does with the smog stuff installed). I pulled the plug and it was a very very light brown. Will it only make that kind of power in the off lean condition? (which of course I can not keep as it may damage engine in the long run.) I think I will try lid on then dropping to a 124 jet and testing. If that is no better i will go lid on with some air holes drilled in it with a 128 and test,then move the clip to 4th and test again if no good. I got my kouba screw today and found that the 35 pilot jet may infact work as it seems to run good at 2.5 turns out. I guess it is all trial and error. Hopefully I can get it to make the same power with the lid on.
