Hi folks..new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking on the site for a few months now since I wanted to get a bike to play around in the dirt on. You guys convinced me that the KLX 250 was a great machine so to make a long story short...I have a brand new 2007 added to the family. Have been riding for a little over 20 years and most of it currently is on my 1200 GSA. Have ridden a variety of bikes over the years such as BSA, Norton, Ducati, Triumph, Honda, to mention a few. Mrs Beast Rider also rides a BMW 650 and a Vespa. Now that I have the green machine however, I don't know what to ride since it is a blast. 
especially since Istarted to follow "Deej Rules" on how to get her started after sitting for a couple days in a cold garage. Have already added a new Utah skid plate, pelican box, new hand guards, led tailight,and Factory 909 bars....all of this as a result of your suggestions. NowI need to concentrate, (as you have trained me) on airbox mods, smog removal, re-jet, different sprocket,andexhaust mods. This is a great site and "Kermit" is a blast.
