Default Need new airbox -- what fits?

Just realized my airbox had melted somehow and looking to replace it. It is an 09 KLX250. Will an older (1994) KLX250S airbox fit? How about a KLX300 airbox?

Just checking out my options on Ebay to save some cash vs buying OEM.

Or perhaps a remedy for a melted airbox? There's 2 holes about 1cm in diameter.

KLX300R airbox fits, you'll need the rubber boot too. It's 'high flow' unlike the USA KLX250S models, so you win win.

IDRIDR - "duct tape, the fix all"
-----------------------------
Duct tape will definitely do the trick. I once bought a CBR600f for a steal because it wouldn’t rev over 7000 rpm. When I got it home I discovered that the previous owner had drilled a bunch of holes in the air box, I’m sure with the intention of making it flow better. I covered the holes with duct tape and took it for a test ride to find that it revved perfectly all the way up past red line. This temporary fix worked so well that it eventually became the permanent fix!

Unless the melting just caused tooooo much damage, or if I really wanted another box, I would probably use the duct tape for a permanent fix. Maybe add some chicken wire or hardware fabric if some support was needed. That new gorilla tape is pretty sticky too.
