I get my luggage from Wolfman or Cortech, I've never been dissatisfied with either.

Wolfman Enduro Tank bag and Enduro Tool Bag. You can get a ton of stuff in the Tool Bag, but you can also pull the straps tight and it dang near dissapears. Has good strong carry straps, and you attach the baseplate, and then the bag attachs to it with both a big patch of velcro, and also the 1" web straps.

 

If you need more carrying capacity, the MotoFiz from Aerostich fills the bill.

Suzuki makes a great soft bag for the DRZ400. Its around $40. Fit the KLX pretty well and has expanding zippers.
