Nice trails and pics! Gotta watch out for those rotten bridges. Tip: when crossing a sketchy bridge try to ride over the supports that go from bank to bank. Stay out of the center, We've got tons snowmobile bridges where I ride and they can be pretty nasty.
Newfoundland looks like a great place to ride!

Oh yeah, get yourself some new tires!

Wonderin' if any would notice the tire. New one will be here in another week along with a 13 tooth sprocket. Then I gotta get used to having traction again! As worn as it is I'm have no issue with it. beside the fact it's easier to get a flat. Which I have yet to get (knocking on wood). Also not real good in sand either.

I'll save the old tire for next spring when I have a tendency to do mostly pavement riding. Due to trails still full of ice and snow. Enough thread remaining yet for that. She's not quite a baloney skin yet.

From your first photo, it doesn't look as though there were any small tree branches around to use to probe the depth of that water crossing. Maybe you should carry a telescoping trekking pole. You won't like the outcome of sucking water into the cylinder's combustion chamber!

Wasn't worried about depth that much. ATV's use this trail and I know my bike intake is higher than my quad. I was more concerned about mud and getting stuck. Newfoundland is full of bog. And well you seen my back tire.
